Last updated: May 9, 2026
The information provided through the GLP-1 Stability System™ is for educational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult your prescribing physician before making changes to your medication, diet, exercise routine, or supplements. Decisions about whether to start, continue, taper, or stop any GLP-1 medication are decisions for you and your prescriber to make together.
No clinician-patient relationship
Fiorella DiCarlo, RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian and certified dietitian nutritionist licensed in New York and Florida. Through this course she provides nutrition education and structured frameworks based on her clinical experience.
Purchasing the course or accessing the course content does not establish a clinician-patient relationship, a registered-dietitian-client relationship, or any other professional care relationship between you and Fiorella DiCarlo. Educational content cannot substitute for individualized care that takes into account your full medical history, lab values, current medications, and personal circumstances.
Individual results vary
Examples, case studies, and outcomes referenced in the course describe what has worked for some clients in clinical practice. They are not promises of what will happen for you. Your response to any nutrition strategy depends on factors specific to you, including your medication, dose, duration, comorbidities, metabolism, age, sex, and adherence.
When to call your doctor
Some symptoms require urgent medical attention. Call your doctor or seek emergency care if you experience any of the following while on a GLP-1 medication:
- Severe abdominal pain that does not resolve, especially radiating to the back
- Persistent vomiting that prevents you from keeping down fluids
- Signs of dehydration: dizziness on standing, very dark urine, fast heart rate
- Yellowing of the skin or eyes
- Symptoms of low blood sugar (especially if you also take insulin or sulfonylureas)
- Allergic reactions: rash, swelling of the face or throat, difficulty breathing
- Any new or worsening mood changes, including suicidal thoughts
- Vision changes if you have diabetic retinopathy
This list is not exhaustive. If something feels off, contact your healthcare provider. The course content cannot evaluate or triage your specific symptoms.
Not a substitute for medical care
The course does not diagnose any condition, does not prescribe medication, does not interpret labs, and does not replace the judgment of your physician, registered dietitian, mental health provider, or any other clinician you work with. It complements that care; it does not replace it.
No emergency services
We do not provide emergency medical services. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call your local emergency number (911 in the United States) or go to the nearest emergency department.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and pediatrics
The course is designed for adults who are on a GLP-1 medication or planning to start one. It is not designed for pregnancy, breastfeeding, or for children. If you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, talk to your prescriber and your obstetrician before continuing GLP-1 medication or following any nutrition strategy.
Your acknowledgment
By purchasing the course, you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer, understand its terms, and accept that the content is educational only. See our Terms of Service for the full agreement governing your use of the Services.
