Refund Policy

We stand behind the GLP-1 Stability System™. If the course is not what you expected within 14 days of purchase, we will refund you in full. Here is exactly how it works.

14-day refund window

You have 14 calendar days from your purchase date to request a refund for any reason. After 14 days, refunds are not available. This applies to the $197 course purchase.

How to request a refund

Email fiorella@fiorellard.com from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order confirmation number or purchase date. You do not need to explain why. We honor refunds inside the 14-day window without asking questions.

Processing time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days back to the original payment method. Your bank may take an additional 1-3 business days to reflect the refund on your statement.

After the 14 days

We do not offer refunds outside the 14-day window. The course is yours for life and you can return to it as many times as you need. If you have a billing problem, payment dispute, or unusual circumstance, email us and we will work it out.

Chargebacks

If you have a concern, please email us first. We will resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback through your bank without contacting us is not a substitute for the refund process described above and may forfeit your access to the course.
