Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the GLP-1 Stability System™ course offered at glp1stability.com. By purchasing the course or accessing the course portal, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

The $197 course purchase grants you lifetime access to the GLP-1 Stability System™ written course content, which currently consists of five phases (Stabilize, Restore, Rebuild, Transition, Sustain) and five bonus PDF downloads. The course is delivered as text-based educational content accessible through your account at glp1stability.com.

"Lifetime access" means access for the operational lifetime of the platform. We will give you at least 90 days of written notice before discontinuing the service.

2. Educational content, not medical advice

The GLP-1 Stability System™ is educational nutrition content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Fiorella DiCarlo, RD, CDN, is a registered dietitian and certified dietitian nutritionist licensed in New York and Florida, providing nutrition education only. Purchasing or accessing this course does not establish a clinician-patient or registered-dietitian-client relationship.

3. Account and access

Your access is for individual use only. You may not share your account, distribute course content, or republish materials. We reserve the right to suspend access for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.

4. Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund window from your purchase date. See our full refund policy for the process and conditions.

5. Limitation of liability

The course is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event shall Fiorella DiCarlo, RD, CDN, or any affiliated entity be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the course or any related materials. Our total liability for any claim relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that purchase in the twelve months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual property

All course content and bonus materials are the intellectual property of Fiorella DiCarlo, RD, CDN. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own use. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, sell, or create derivative works from the content.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled per our privacy policy, which covers collection, use, sharing, retention, and your rights including those under the GDPR and the CCPA where applicable.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated by email and reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the course after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the course shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
